Roy was born and raised in the East End of London, where he attended Goldsmith Music College.; Roy has had a very varied life in the music world, from Producing to writing to performing. Starting out as guitarist with Grammy nominated and 5 million selling Album vocal group HEATWAVE,to arranging and piano on D.C.Lees SONY title & See the Day; Which went to #3 in the UK Charts, along with being Bassist for the FOUNDATIONS & Guitarist with the DRIFTERS.
