Born in the USA on 4th July, Angelo’s life has always been split between technology, the music business and entertaining. Musically, Angelo plays several instruments, with his favourites being voice and guitar. These talents have allowed him to performed throughout his career with artists like Lemar, Gwen Dickey (Rose Royce), Alexander O-Neal, Motown’s ‘Funk Brothers’ and countless others… As the musical director for his late brother Edwin Starr’s band (known as The Team), Angelo has continued to to display his understanding of R&B / Soul music, and certainly knows how to entertain a crowd! As a soloist, Angelo is really able to deliver both classic covers songs and original material with ease… just right for a great night out.
